What are some tips to make my nails grow faster?

I need to know how to make them grow faster. Prefferably in two weeks because I have a wedding to go to, and I am allergic to artificial nails.What are some tips to make my nails grow faster?

-Eat foods rich in potassium, iron, calcium and vitamin B like almonds, garlic, spinach celery, yogurt, eggs and seafood.


-Rub the fingernails of one hand across the nails of the other hand for about 5 minutes each day.


-Avoid using strong cleaning products and going out in the sun, so use gloves and sunscreen.


-Use a good moisturiser on your hands each night before going to bed.


-Do not file the corners of your nails or they will break easily.


-Don't use perfumes with an alcohol content.


-Drink plenty of water.


-Stop any extreme dieting.

keep away from detergents and too much hand-washing with soap so that ur nails become strong and reach full length without breaking
