I do not bite my nails, but they are very soft and break easily , can anyone help me find a solution.What is the best treatment for growing your nails?

They have special nail polish for that. It's clear nail polish that strengthens your nails. I use Wet -n- Wild's Clear nail protector.
ok this sounds a little bit fuunny and weird but i tried it b4 and it really works..u get a lemmon and rub it to ur nails and drink milk:D:D
